Join us for the Opening Reception of Note to Self.
This is an exhibition about grief—not just as sorrow, but as something that can walk alongside us, shape us, and sometimes even guide us. This show invites artists to explore the ache of what could have been: missed chances, past selves, lost futures, and the quiet weight of longing.
Walk through the gallery where you can view art relating to this theme. All works contain a written component—poetry, prose, or language-based text—integrated directly into the artwork. These pieces are the artists’ note to self: a visual and textual expression of grief transformed into something tender, meaningful, and real. We hope you’ll join us and find connection through these creations.
